thank you very much for your hospitality during my stay at Catkin Lodge. I had a wonderful time on my trip, and a lot of that had to do with the way you treat your guests. Of all 3 places I stayed on vacation, yours made me feel the best and if I was at home. Your breakfasts were simply amazing. Thanks also for the map of your Stonehenge trail., the walk really was a great treat. If I bring my girlfriend to England next year we will definitely be staying with you.

Just a quick note to thank you both for the lovely, lovely time in Amesbury. Special thanks to Alison for dropping me at the train station Monday morning! It worked out wonderfully well--I was even able to take an earlier train and get to Gatwick even earlier. It was great to be able to check in early and know I was all set (even had time for last-minute shopping!!). Thanks again!!

Now I'm in that difficult adjustment stage, but have such happy memories to sustain me! Lovely countryside, interesting sights, great walking--and all from the comfort of your B&B. My parner Dan was really impressed by your artwork, as was I of course.

Many thanks for a comfortable stay at 'Catkin Lodge'.
I wasn't actually there long...hehe, I didn't get in until almost 2am! However It was a lovely room and a comfortable bed with good facilities and the breakfast was excellent.
There is every chance that my visits to Amesbury will become more frequent, especially after Christmas and I will definitely be in touch about staying once again.

Terry, the owner and host is an intelligent and talented fellow. I completely enjoyed my stay at Catkin Lodge and recommend it to everyone interested in lodging in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the big, old fashioned tub was a great place to soak walk-weary bones at the end of a long day of sight-seeing. Terry makes coffee for us Yanks in a wonderful French coffee press and presents an incredible full English breakfast in a smart breakfast room full of his own
paintings of Stonehenge and the Salisbury area. In my own office back here across
the pond, I have two of Terry's prints and two more on the landing upstairs.
Just seeing his talented artwork was worth the stay at the Catkin and the rest
was just a whopping plus to the good fellowship I enjoyed.
